I purchased the car in 2011 and it was my daily drive until 3 weeks ago. I have covered roughly 10000 miles / year in the car and taken it all over England and Scotland with no issues.
I have a full file of receipts of all work and parts fitted in my ownership. This year the car has had a complete new exhaust system, a complete overhaul of the rear brakes, new rear springs, rear wheel bearings, replacement of the thermostat and coolant hoses. Cam belt, water pump, Viton inlet manifold gasket with wedge washer mod and fresh coolant were done on the last service in November. Over the last 2 years I have also replaced the radiator, catalytic converter, lower engine mount, front lower suspension arms, bushes, track rod ends, drop links, ARB bushes and shock absorbers. The only bad bit is that the parking sensors are not working; I've replaced the sensors and loom, still no joy; but as I have good reversing skills (and a towbar) I have lived with it.
Any MOT advisories have always been addressed promptly. Current mileage is 136000 but apparently the previous owner fitted a new engine at round 80000; although I have no documentation of this, the engine is certainly very smooth, quiet and economical and was given a clean bill of health on its last T4 session. I keep a spreadsheet of the service history and I am happy to email this to anyone who expresses serious interest.
This is a drive it away and enjoy it car in excellent condition and has MOT until March 2016, a new MOT will be put on the car for collection subject to final selling price.
